Visit and estimate
We come to the site, take measurements and prepare a detailed cost estimate. You know the cost and scope of work before you sign anything.
The estimate counts towards the price
The estimate costs from 1,000 zł. Once the contract is signed, we deduct this amount from the renovation price.
Contract
We sign a contract that sets the deadline and the price. Everything is agreed in writing.
Renovation
We do the work as agreed in the contract. You talk directly to the people doing the job — no middlemen.
Handover
We hand over the finished job and inspect it together with you. All work comes with a 1-year warranty.

The price depends on the scope and complexity of the work. You'll know the exact cost after the on-site estimate.
Estimate — from 1,000 zł, deducted from the renovation price once the contract is signed.

Interior design
Design and renovation from one team. Our interior designer, Anna Kinalevska, prepares the layout, visualisations, construction drawings and choice of materials — and our crew brings the design to life.
We design apartments, houses and commercial spaces. The design is paid for separately from the renovation.

About us
We have been officially operating in Poland since 2023, but our work in construction began back in 2000 in Ukraine. In more than 25 years we have taken on all kinds of projects. That experience lets us anticipate problems, plan the work precisely and find reliable solutions where others are only starting to figure things out.
The core of the company is a permanent team of four, including the owner and an interior designer. The owner works on the renovations himself and is responsible for the result, so you deal directly with the people doing the job. For highly specialised work we bring in experienced tradespeople, so every stage is done by someone who knows it well.
